Relaxed Stays is a professional short-term rental co-hosting company that partners with vacation homeowners, investors, and developers to fill their vacancies with short-term or extended stay guests.
We partner with landlords, investors, and second homeowners on their vacant homes. We bring our systems, tools, and people to the property to successfully host travelers for 29 days or less. We manage every aspect of the short-term rental to ensure world-class customer service and maximize profitability. We share the profits from this effort with our owners.
